This stylish and newly furnished one bedroom apartment is on the second floor of an elevator building.
This spacious apartment located on a sunny courtyard that keeps out traffic noise and has been remodelled to high standards with parquet wood floors, mouldings on the walls and ceilings. The furnishings are all new, however, and very comfortable. The interior design is a nice blend ancient atmosphere with new modern furniture.
The heating is by natural gas and you can choose the temperature and the air-conditioning units are controlled using a control panel, so adjusting temperature is as easy as pushing a button. With current temperature displayed in real time.

Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros.
