In the living room you can also find TV and DVD.
This apartment has been completely renewed; it is very luminous and is provided with parquet wood floors. It has one fan for the summer and 2 electric heaters for the winter.
The Total surface is 72 sqm. Sleeps up to 4 people. You can also enjoy a 30 sqm terrace with a bench and two chairs.

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |
