The kitchen is equipped with the next electrical appliances: oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee machine, fridge, washing-drying machine, iron and iron board.
The apartment contains TV, video, and Air Conditioning. You can also enjoy a 9 sqm terrace with a table and four chairs.Total surface is 90 sqm. Sleeps up to 8 people.

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |
