It has one complete bathroom, a living-room (with a sofa bed for one), a dining area with a dining-table with 6 chairs, a fully equipped separate kitchen with all new appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a toaster and an iron with and iron board.
This apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is decorated with a home atmosphere, it is provided with Heating System, TV and a Video player. Total surface is 80 sqm. Sleeps up to 6 people.
Also the apartment has a ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet connection for clients use (ask for Internet connection rates).

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |

Location: The apartment is located at Eixample district in a popular neighbourhood, 50 meters to Gaudi Avenue, a pedestrian street full of cafes and restaurants that goes from Sant Pau Hospital to Sagrada Familia.
The nearest subway station is Hospital de Sant Pau (line 5), 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. There are also several bus lines that goes downtown and to the beaches. The neighbourhood is a middle-class residential area. Both the area and the flat are very quiet at night and it is completely safe at all times to walk in the street or take public transport. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops are located near the flat.
