This apartment with a loft style contains one double bedroom with a double size bed and a big closet, one complete bathroom with a bath and separate shower and a hair dryer, and a big open space where you can find different but integrated areas: a dining area with a table with 6 chairs, a living room area with a comfortable sofa for four persons and two armchairs and a modern open kitchen fully equipped with all new appliances: oven, microwave, a full refrigerator, an iron, an iron board, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The Gotico apartment III is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with TV, a Radio – CD player and DVD. Total surface is 70 sqm. Sleeps up to 2 people.
The Gotico apartment III is situated on the first floor in an old building without elevator and has been entirely restored with a modern security system with interphone.
This luxury apartment is provided with Heating System and Air Conditioner and preserves the original floor and the wooden beams with a decoration that combines antique and modern furniture.

Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |
