The Plaza España apartment is a brand new and newly furnished one bedroom Duplex apartment. This design apartment contains a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a new modern bathroom on the first floor and on the ground floor a dining- living-area (with sleeper sofa for two).
This brand new apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with parquet floors on the first floor.
Also the apartment has a ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet connection for clients use (ask for Internet connection rates).
The Plaza España apartment is situated on the ground floor of a modernisme Barcelona building dating from the beginning of 20th century and has been entirely restored with a modern security system with interphone.

Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros.
