There is a Cable TV, a stereo with Radio -CD player, DVD player and two large closets to store your things. Total surface is 80 sqm. Sleeps up to 4 people. This excellent apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with parquet floors, Heating System and Air Conditioner.
Also the apartment has a ADSL Internet connection for clients use (ask for Internet connection rates) and a private parking space in the building for clients use (ask for parking rates).

Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
