The Loft Rambla Apartment is a newly furnished studio. This studio contains a very luminous master space where we can find different but integrated areas: The living-room area with a double sofa - bed for two, the dining area with a dining-bar table with four chairs and an open kitchen with all new appliances: microwave, washing machine, iron, iron board, electric coffee machine and a full refrigerator.
This brand new apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with a 21 sqm terrace with a view to La Rambla del Raval. It has a Television and a radio CD player. Total surface is 21 sqm. Sleeps up to 2 people.
The Loft Rambla Apartment is in the fifth floor of a building with elevator and has been restored with a modern security system with interphone.
This studio is provided with an Air Conditioning. The interior design is a combination between the atmosphere from the old town apartments and a totally modern and comfortable decoration. |

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |

Location: The Loft Rambla Apartment is located in the old Town called âRavalâ, situated in the city centre of Barcelona. The Raval area is a place full of local colour and a popular neighbourhood, full of bars, restaurants and Tapas. There are also a number of stores such as markets and shops. It offers an easy access by 5 minutes walking to Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña, Boqueria Market and at 10 minutes walking to the Gothic Quarter, the city\'s Cathedral and 20 minutes to the beach.
