The Ciutat Vella III Apartment is a duplex with a terrace in the middle of the centre in Barcelona. This apartment contains in the second floor a master bedroom with a double size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and one full bathroom. In the first floor there is a dining-living room with a sofa and a dining table with four chairs. It also has a guest room with a double sofa –bed for two people and a kitchen with all new appliances: microwave, oven, washing machine, and a full refrigerator.
This brand new apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with Heating System and Air Conditioning. It has a Television, a stereo with CD player and a Video player. Total surface is 80 sqm. Sleeps up to 6 people.
Also the apartment has a private parking space in the building for clients use (ask for parking rates).
The Ciutat Vella III Apartment is on the first floor of a new building with elevator and has a modern security system with interphone. |

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |

Location: To get to the apartment by public transportation from the Barcelona Airport \"El Prat de Llobregat: Itinerary description: Train + Subway (C1 + L3+ L2).Take the line C1 of Renfe at the station AEROPORT (AIRPORT) and after 3 stops you must get off at SANTS ESTACIÓ. At this station take the subway line 3 (green line) and after 4 stops you most get off at PARAL.LEL. Take the subway line 2 (lila line) and after 1 stop get off in SANT ANTONI. In the Metro station there will be a map which will show you how to get to Carrer Bisbe Laguarda
