Apartment description
The Macba apartment II contains two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with hair dryer and one bedroom with two single sleeping sofas. The apartment has a living - dining area with a sofa and a dining table with four chairs and another complete bathroom. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a drying machine, a full refrigerator-freezer, an electric coffee machine, an iron and iron board.
The Macba apartment II is exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with individual electric heaters, fans, TV and a DVD player. Total surface is 70 m². Sleeps up to 4 people.
This newly furnished two bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an elevator building that also has been entirely restored with a security system with interphone.

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |

The Raval area is a picturesque and popular neighbourhood, full of bars, restaurants and Tapas. There are also a number of stores such as markets and shops, just minutes walking to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, the city\'s cathedral and Plaza Catalunya.
