This apartment has a patio-terrace with a table with 4 chairs.
The Macba Apartment III has a lot of daily light and is provided with electric heaters, fans, a TV, and a Stereo Radio- CD player. Total surface is 70 sqm. Sleeps up to 4 people.

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |

Location: The Macba Apartment III is located in the Old Town called âRavalâ, situated in the city centre of Barcelona. The Raval area is a picturesque and popular neighbourhood, full of bars, restaurants and Tapas. There are also a number of stores such as markets and shops, just 2 minutes walking to Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, the city\'s cathedral and 20 minutes to the beach.
