The Universitat apartment II contains a master bedroom with one queen size bed and a second large bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a living-room with confortable sofa, a dining area with a dining table with four chairs and a fully equiped separate kitchen with all new appliances, including a microwave, an oven, a full refrigerator/freezer, an iron and iron board, a drying machine and a washing machine.
The Universitat apartment II is provided with Heating System, Air Conditioner, DVD, stereo and a TV. Total surface is 70 sqm. Sleeps up to 4 people. You can also enjoy a patio with a table and four chairs.

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |
