The Ramblas apartment III has a 15 sqm terrace with a big table with 6 chairs and 3 deck chairs.
This apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with a Heating � Air conditioning System and TV. Total surface is 50 sqm. Sleeps up to 2 people.

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |

The Raval area is a place full of local colour and a popular neighbourhood, with different kind of bars, restaurants and Tapas. There are also a number of stores such as markets and shops.
This charming apartment offers guests easy access by 3 minutes walking to Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña, Boqueria Market and at 5 minutes walking to the Gothic Quarter, the city\'s Cathedral and 20 minutes to the beach.
