It contains a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including a microwave, a refrigerator, an iron and iron board, a toaster, an electric coffee machine and a washing machine.
This brand new apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with parquet floors, Air Conditioner, DVD player and a stereo with Radio-CD player. Total surface is 60 m². Sleeps up to 4 people.
You can also enjoy a 40 sqm terrace with a table and two chairs.

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |
