The Macba apartment contains a large bedroom with a queen size bed with a closet and a small balcony, a living-room with a sofa bed for two and a rocking chair, a dining area with a dining table with four chairs, a full bathroom with a hair dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including a washing machine, a full refrigerator, an electric coffee machine, a microwave and a toaster. This apartment has a sunny outside terrace with a dining-table with 4 chairs and a deck chair.
The Macba apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with Heating System, Air Conditioner, a TV and a Radio-CD player. Total surface is 60 m². Sleeps up to 4 people.

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |

This charming apartment offers guests easy access on foot to The Macba museum (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary art) and is just 10 minutes walking from Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, the city\'s Cathedral, Plaza Catalunya and 20 minutes walking to the old Port.
