trendy neighbourhood full of colourful shops, from art galleries to
minimarkets.
Plenty of restaurants too, for sampling anything from typical Spanish via
local Catalan food and from the latest fusion to ethnic cuisine.
Living room has plenty of natural light and consists of a sofa bed (1
person), a table and chair for three people, it is equipped with fashionable
pictures and mix of modern and Chinese furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, kettle, manual coffee maker
(for lovers of trong coffee), including complete set of kitchen and table
utensils.
Included: bedlinen, towels, electricity, water, administration costs and
local taxes.
Not included: one-off fee for cleaning / preparation of 40 euros
Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and wash basin with storage space
underneath (as well as a hair dryer).
