The Plaza España II apartment is a brand new and newly furnished three bedroom Duplex apartment. This design apartment contains a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a double bedroom with two single beds, third bedroom with 2 single beds(bunk bed), and a new modern bathroom with shower and bath. On the ground floor there is a dining- living-area (with sleeper sofa for one) and a new fully equiped kitchen with all new appliances, including a microwave, an oven, an electric coffee machine, a toaster, a full refrigerator and a washing machine.
This brand new apartment is all exterior with a lot of daily light and is provided with Heating System and Air Conditioner and TV. Total surface is 90 m², sleeps up to 6 people. This apartment has a patio-terrace of 20 m².

| Rental conditions |
Price for 1-2 people. 15 EUR extra each additional person.
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 to 400 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit payment should be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
All reservations have a 40 to 100 Euros cleaning supplement charge.
Check in after 8:00 pm or in sundays or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge of 20 euros. |
